How Fast Can I get Custom drink coasters?

We do a weekly press run of our Event Grade (40 pt.) Custom Printed Drink Coasters every Wednesday. Your coaster will be ready to ship about 8 days later. (Rush service is possible, just ask us).

What is the “Group Press Run”?

To save you money, we group many orders together and do a large group run of full-color coasters. All the coasters on this run need to be the same thickness, and the same shape. (i.e. Round or Square). Group runs usually occur about once a month, for one shape or the other.

What is the minimum order amount for the Group Run?

Our Group run is very flexible, and the minimum order is just 3,500 coasters.

Are there any set-up fees?

No, never, nada.

Can you save me money?

As the local West Coast supplier, we offer incredible pricing on large and small orders, and if you find a better price somewhere else, we will beat it. We want to be your go-to resource

Can I get a coaster in a custom shape?

Of course, that’s always fun. To get your coasters in a custom shape, there will be a one-time fee to purchase the die, and a charge for the die cutting.

What image files do you need?

We prefer a .PSD at 300dpi or an .EPS, with all colors defined as CMYK. However, if you need us to create, or convert a file, just ask.

Can you help me with my design?

Yes, our awesome graphics team can help create your design, or convert your art file, and usually at no charge. However, if the work becomes extensive, we may request a reasonable design fee.

Will I get an art proof before my order is printed?

Yes, we can create a PDF proof of your image for No additional fee.

Can you drop ship our coasters to all our locations?

No problem. Just tell us where.

What shipping methods do you use?

TNew typically use FedEx Ground. For the larger orders, we palletize the coasters and ship with a freight company.
